Originally from Seattle, now living in Laurel MD, my BA degree in English,

M.Ed., Education with a concentration in the Literatures and PhD, Community College Leadership  led to my current profession of Senior Partnership Director - Equal Opportunity Schools (Education Non-Profit).  

1. If I had to swap lives with any profession for a day and why, it would be being an actress - I would love to be an actress or entertainer! I think the rush of performing would be so cool! And to have the opportunity to meet other entertainers and stars would be exciting. I would love to get the swag bags as well!. 

2. My current hobbby/pasttime is cooking - I am passionate about cooking! I love to go to the movies. Spending time with my great niece and nephew is the great joy of my life. Working with the young women at my church is a passion as well and I am determined for our 40th class reunion to be the best ever and I am committed and passionate about this work.  

3. If money & time were not an issue, my dream vacation would be these three places that I want to visit before I die: The Maldives, Cuba and Costa Rica.

JENNIFER HARKNESS-ALLEN - SUNDAY BRUNCH DIRECTOR

Originally from Columbia, SC, now living in Powder Springs, GA (Atlanta), my degrees, BA, MPA, MDiv (2025) led to my current profession of   Consultant - Grants/Proposals & Non Profits, Philanthropic Strategist for prospective donors.  

1. If I had to swap lives with any profession for a day and why, it would be First grade teacher!  I would welcome the opportunity to have foundational impact on their love and thirst for knowledge and learning.

2. My current hobbbies/pasttimes are Hobbies: Music, reading, shopping, travel and cooking.  Passions: Ministry, worship, family & life! 

3. If money & time were not an issue, my dream vacation would be I am not sure.  I enjoy water, mountains and fun cities!  I guess a trip that would allow me a month in each of those settings with my "girls" and my heartbeats (different groups per setting)! Smiles!

Originally from Chicago, now living in Dadeville, AL, my degree in Economics and my MBA in General Management, led to my current profession of Certified General Appraiser and Property Investor/Landlord. 

1. If I had to swap lives with any profession for a day and why, it would be motivational speaker because I love encouraging people to reach their goals and helping them see that they CAN  do it…it may take longer than they anticipated and may look differently than they originally thought, but it can happen and and speaking in front of groups has always come naturally for me. #theencourager. 

2. My current hobbbies/pasttimes are home renovations, yard work and vegging out on my sofa.

3. If money & time were not an issue, my dream vacation would be a cabin in the mountains with an unobstructed lake view, preferably west-facing so I could see the sunset every night.

1. If I had to swap lives with any profession for a day and why, it would be H.S. teacher they are about to enter the real world and I wanna help them choose wisely. 

2. My current hobbbies/pasttimes are football and traveling which lead me regularly.

1. If I had to swap lives with any profession for a day and why, it would be Architect- love old building structures. 

2. My current hobbbies/pasttimes are Decorating & home improvement.  

3. If money & time were not an issue, my dream vacation would be Traveling to multiple islands: St Lucia, Aruba etc.

Originally from Atlanta, now living in Atlanta (but lived many places in-between), my BA and MA degrees led to my current profession of Higher Educational Professional.  

1. If I had to swap lives with any profession for a day and why, it would be Travel Agent - worked as a gate agent while in graduate school and sold travel. Enjoyed perks and want to see and travel the world.. 

2. My current hobbby/pasttime is making scrapbooks. I want to have hobby of playing golf and pickleball.  

3. If money & time were not an issue, my dream vacation would be I have so many…Greek Islands, Italy, and South Africa.

1. If I had to swap lives with any profession for a day and why, it would be a professional golfer. To see if I can stand the pressure of a $100,000 putt!!

2. My current hobbbies/pasttimes are golf, traveling and family stuff.  

3. If money & time were not an issue, my dream vacation would be a permanent one in Florence Italy. Love gelato and the village feel.

1. If I had to swap lives with any profession for a day and why, it would be Family Practice Physician to see what my dad’s daily work life was like. 

2. My current hobbbies/pasttimes are singing, producing concerts, educational advocacy.  

3. If money & time were not an issue, my dream vacation would be Bora Bora.

1. If I had to swap lives with any profession for a day and why, it would be a professional athlete (golfer) to at least experience playing golf at that level for one day. 😂

2. My current hobbbies/pasttimes are golfing, traveling and spending quality time with my family.  

3. If money & time were not an issue, my dream vacation would be going to Africa. I’ve never been to Africa and would love to visit as many cities/ towns in Africa as possible
